  4. Play USGA rules which includes:
    1. Play the ball down or as it lies. No improving lie or position.
    2. Putt all putts out - no gimmies.
  5. Local USCGA Rules (Enforced to speed up Play)
    1. Maximum stokes is triple bogey. Players must pick up after allotted strokes.
    2. Lost ball: Instead of playing stroke and distance, drop a ball as close to area where ball is deemed lost. (one penalty stroke).
    3. Out-of-bounds (OB): To eliminate delays a player who is not sure his ball was hit OB, must hit a provisional ball. If the original ball is found OB, then the provisional ball will be used to finish hole. Example: Player’s second shot thought to be OB. Announces and hits provisional. Original ball confirmed OB. Provisional ball is now in play laying 4 hitting 5. If the original ball is not OB, play it. Player must declare he’s hitting a provisional ball before leaving the spot from where original ball was last played. If a player fails to hit a provisional ball and finds his ball is OB, player cannot return back to where the original ball was last played. Player must then pick up and count a triple bogey for the hole.
  6. In case of disputes, play the original ball and a provisional ball. At the end of the round, discuss the incident with us and we will make a decision. Above all please don’t get into any confrontations over a ruling with your playing partners. Let’s practice good sportsmanship.
  7. Please limit search of ball to 5 minutes.
  8. Please be courteous to other players. Place cell phones on silent and restrict talking on phone during round except in emergency.
  9. Play “ready golf.” Be ready when it’s your time to hit. Take extra club and ball with you. Keep up with group ahead. Move on to the next tee box before recording scores.
